Our oldest Chihuahua, Dash, has found out that there may be plans afoot to conscript 18 year-olds into the armed forces or the police. He’s 14 but wants to start planning ahead, so he asked me to get him some body armour!
So, here he is with his body armour!
We were surprised that he wasn’t bothered one bit about wearing it, probably because he’s used to a harness when he goes for a walk. It’s actually a knee pad for DIY for me but it fits him perfectly with its elastic/velcro strap to keep it in position!
I haven’t got the heart to tell Dash that he’s 72 years old in dog years (according to the Purina calculator)!
Just Needs Varnish! 
Looks great! Now I’m just wondering how many weapon hardpoints that carapace provides. 🙂

Thanks Syllabub! 🙂 I’m thinking maybe ranged weapons should be limited to rockets, given that Chihuahuas aren’t going to be too good at withstanding large recoil forces (however much they say they can)!

True – and lasers, PPCs etc. generate Heat. (I don’t see any heat-sinks, and you wouldn’t want a hot dog) 🙂
